Network neutrality: When does blocking "spam" become political censorship?

The folks at "giraffe prospect" TruthOut.org have been posting for the
last several days about alleged problems getting their email messages to
subcribers who use such services as AOL, Hotmail, MSN, WebTV and Yahoo.

At one level this seems like trouble with spam filtering. But TruthOut
seems to be having trouble getting a clear explanation from the ISPs. The
