[MGP-Forum Announce] What would you say to young journalists about blogging

Hi, All --

Next week I'm going to be addressing a group of young journalists at an 
event sponsored by the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association.  I'm supposed 
to talk to them about  blogs.

I confess, I'm at a loss -- I have too many ideas, and they're not 
coalescing into a coherent 1 hour talk. 

What do you think is important to say to journalists starting their 
career about blogging?
