And the Knight Brothers 21st Century News Challenge - 
http://www.newschallenge.org/ - is still looking to give out $5M.

I put in a very small proposal for a 'related items' extension to the 
Drupal content management system, http://drupal.org/node/86292  -- I 
hope to put in at least one more to work on far less buggy e-mail & 
forum integration ;-/

And I promise not to post to this list for six months.  I *do* want to 
see news from all of you...
